How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@cvapplyai.online and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
