These Terms govern your use of CVApply AI (the "Service"), operated by CVApply AI ("we", "us"), a sole-proprietor business based in Peshawar, Pakistan. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
CVApply AI provides AI-powered tools to analyze resumes, discover jobs, generate cover letters, and automate parts of the job application process.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: (a) use it unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) send spam or infringing content; (c) infringe our or a third party's intellectual property; (d) interfere with the Service's security, including probing, scraping, or introducing malware; (e) misrepresent your identity when applying to jobs.
AI-generated content (resumes, cover letters, job matches, advice) may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before submitting them to employers, and for having the rights to any content you upload as input. Do not rely on the Service for legal, financial, or medical advice.
We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
